ROLE: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Role Definition:

Creatively and strategically create social media content to boost the clients' brand awareness and sales.

Responsibilities:

→ Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve brand objectives.

→ Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various platforms.

→ Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages.

→ Stay informed about industry trends and implement new features or tools to enhance social media presence.

→ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

→ Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for target audience reach and engagement.

→ Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of social media campaigns and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

→ Foster relationships with influencers and partners to expand brand reach.

→ Stay abreast of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in social media.

→ Monitor and manage online reputation and address potential issues or crises.

Qualifications:

→ Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.

→ In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.

→ Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.

→ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

→ Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools.

→ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

→ Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and social media.
